Born & raised in the American South : ( Alabama & Georgia ) to a hereditary legacy woven with both deep American history and Scottish heritage, as HPM: (His Principis Maximus) of the distinguished Scottish American Family of McWhorter. Within the hereditary governance traditions of the McWhorter Family , C.K. McWhorter serves as His Principis Maximus (HPM), the ceremonial designation of the male Patron • Ambassador Noble of the McWhorter Family Rooted in its enduring Scottish customs & traditions c.1050 AD. With family heritage traditionally associated with the historic Blairquhan Castle of Ayrshire, Scotland, his journey reflects a heritable devotion to preservation, stewardship, principled & enduring family legacy.
Inspired by the legacy of great ancestor “Free” Frank McWhorter whose extraordinary life came to symbolize enterprise, perseverance, and the pursuit of liberty HPM : C.K. McWhorter has embraced the responsibility of stewarding & building institutions designed not merely for the present, but for the benefit of generations yet to come. As Chairman and Patron of the McWhorter Foundation & Family Trust, C.K. McWhorter provides long term stewardship over a growing family trust dedicated to philanthropy, education, cultural preservation, responsible investment, and multigenerational legacy & estate planning. Through the Family Trust, he oversees a portfolio of institutions established to serve distinct yet complementary purposes, including the McWhorter Foundation, CTRL USA, McWhorter International Real Estate, McWhorter Museums, Carter Kennedy Equity Partners, , McWhorter Botanical Gardens, McWhorter Conservatory, McWhorter Châteaus & Resorts, McWhorter Stables, McWhorter Racing, McWhorter Auction House & More.

Through the McWhorter Foundation, C.K. Personal Life
C.K. McWhorter is the father of three living heirs. Following the private divorce / dissolution of his marriage to formally “Whitney Kyte” - McWhorter in 2024 after more than a decade together, both parties have continued forward respectfully in separate capacities while remaining committed to the well being, education, and future of the McWhorter heirs . Out of respect for personal privacy and the dignity of the McWhorter Family name , his former spouse “Whitney Kyte” -McWhorter continues her life privately & independently and is no longer affiliated with the governance, leadership, operations, or public representation of McWhorter Family Trust, the McWhorter Foundation, or their associated institutions she has been granted continued access however to the McWhorter Family name in a untitled form. The traditional matriarchal (HPM) Her Principis Maxima : role is now reserved by first born female heiress or future spouse of : His Pricipis Maximus of McWhorter Family & Name: C.K. McWhorter.

RECORD OF NAME, ACCESSION & HOUSE GOVERNANCE
For purposes of the McWhorter Family Trust, McWhorter Foundation, Family Archive, and associated private governance records, the individual herein shall be known and referred to as C.K. McWhorter, Carter McWhorter, or by the full ceremonial designation Carter Kennedy McWhorter.
C.K. McWhorter constitutes the established House Reference Name, Known Signature and Seal.
Carter Kennedy McWhorter constitutes the fuller Regnal and Accession Name, associated with the accession recorded on 30 November 2020, at XXXI.
The original legal designation is reserved solely for circumstances in which identification by that designation is required by applicable law, governmental authority, court order, regulated financial documentation, contract, or other legally binding instrument. It shall not constitute the customary, ceremonial, institutional, or public form of address of the House.
Where legal identification is required, the legal designation may be reproduced for that limited purpose. Its appearance within a legal record shall not, standing alone, alter the Family’s internal ceremonial nomenclature, House Reference Name, or established forms of address.
Within the private governance of the McWhorter Family Trust, instruments, correspondence, records, and acts of the House may be executed under C.K. McWhorter, accompanied where appropriate by the Known Signature and/or Seal of the House.
No ceremonial designation, Regnal Name, House Reference Name, or Seal shall be construed as creating a separate legal person or superseding applicable civil law.

Within the public, ceremonial, cultural, and institutional affairs of the McWhorter Family, the recognized forms of address shall be:

These forms constitute the proper and respectful designations of the House and of its present steward.
The former legal designation shall not be used as a form of public address, ceremonial reference, institutional identification, or representation of the House.
Where such designation is required by law, legal process, governmental record, or other binding authority, it may be reproduced solely for that necessary legal purpose and without implying that it is the preferred form of address.
Any person who, having been made aware of the established forms of address, deliberately persists in using the former designation in public or institutional circumstances does so contrary to the expressed wishes of the House and may properly be regarded as acting discourteously, provocatively, or in deliberate disregard of the dignity of the person and the Family Record.
The House does not require the agreement of others in order to establish its customary forms of address. It asks only that those who engage with its institutions, representatives, records, or public affairs observe the ordinary principle of respectful address.
